Dr Daif Parker is a Board Certified Obstetrician Gynecologist with sub specialty training in minimally invasive surgery. She currently practices in Delray Beach, Florida. She received her Doctor of Medicine from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in 2003. She then completed her Obstetrics and Gynecology internship and residency at Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York followed by a fellowship in minimally invasive surgery. She moved to Florida in 2008 and worked as an Assistant Professor for the University of Miami,
Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Her current hospital affiliations include Delray Medical Center, Bethesda Memorial Hospital and Boca Raton Regional Hospital.
Her professional interests include gynecological surgery, office based minimally invasive surgery, and advanced gynecological care. Dr Daif Parker has been published in Fertility and Sterility as well as Obstetrics and Gynecology for her research in both general gynecology as well as reproductive endocrinology.

Hysteroscopy is a procedure to evaluate the uterine cavity as well as sample it in cases of abnormal bleeding. We also have the capability of removing polyps and small fibroids.
LEEP, short for loop electrosurgical excision procedure, is a done to remove pre cancerous cells from the cervix. This procedure can be performed in the office with local anesthesia.
If you have had an abnormal pap smear this procedure is done in the office to look for sign of pre-cancerous cervical cells.

Robotic Surgery is a surgical technique that we use to approach many gynecological condition including hysterectomy, endometriosis, chronic pelvic pain, fibroids and many other conditions. Laparoscopy is a surgical technique that allows us operate in the abdomen through small incisions as opposed to a full incision. We can use this technique to operate on all pelvic organs. Not everyone is candidate for this type of surgery and warrants evaluation on a case by case basis. Dr Daif Parker is fellowship trained in both advanced laparoscopic and hysteroscopic techniques.
Traditional open surgery
Sometimes a full open surgery can not be avoided. When this occurs Dr Daif Parker takes every effort to provide a great cosmetic result as well as a shortened hospital stay.

Q: Is Dr Daif Parker currently accepting new patients?
Q: Do I have to cancel my appointment if I have my period?
A: In most cases we can still complete your visit when you are menstruating. It is always best to call the office to be sure.
Q: If I have fibroids do I have to have a hysterectomy?
A: Absolutely not. Depending on your symptoms and type of fibroids we have many other treatment options to avoid hysterectomy. If a hysterectomy is necessary we can also use minimally invasive techniques including vaginal, laparoscopic, or robotic hysterectomy.
Q: I am pregnant, when should I see my doctor?
A: Unless there is bleeding or pain seven to eight weeks is the best time to see your doctor
Q: I just found out I am pregnant, what should I do?
A: Relax and enjoy the moment. Make sure you are taking a prenatal vitamin with folic acid and stop smoking if you are a smoker. Make an appointment to see your doctor at seven weeks of pregnancy.
Q: My PAP smear is abnormal, what should I do?
A: A pap smear is just a screening test. You will likely need a colposcopy which is a simple office based procedure. Call you gynecologist to schedule an appointment
